Terms of Service

1. About the Service

  • All-of-PDF (the 'Service') provides document-processing tools and a REST API for PDF conversion, merging, splitting, redaction, and OCR.
  • By using the Service, the user (the 'User') is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

2. Account and Signup

  • The tool pages at /tools are available to everyone without signup.
  • Signup is required for API key issuance, usage dashboard, and Pro+ plan subscriptions.
  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date account information and are responsible for managing their account and password.
  • Impersonation and bulk account creation via automation are prohibited.

3. Free and Paid Usage

  • Free web tools: a per-IP/device daily limit (default 50) is applied, reset at midnight.
  • Free API: 100 calls per calendar month (reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month).
  • Pro (KRW 5,900/mo): 15 API calls per day.
  • Pro+ (KRW 12,900/mo): 50 API calls per day.
  • Custom: contact us.
  • Exceeding a limit returns HTTP 429; subsequent calls are blocked until the next reset.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Uploading files that contain malware or content harmful to systems
  • Processing files that infringe third-party copyright, privacy, or reputation
  • Processing obscene, illegal, or forged content in violation of law
  • Generating abnormal traffic that disrupts the Service (DDoS, abusive scraping, etc.)
  • Unauthorized sharing, sale, or transfer of API keys
  • Reverse engineering, circumvention, or attempts to exceed limits

5. Billing and Refunds

  • Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are processed securely via LemonSqueezy.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime from the dashboard.
  • Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of payment if cumulative usage is below 10% of the plan's daily limit.
  • Upon cancellation, next billing stops and paid features remain available through the end of the current cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service itself (web UI, API, conversion engine, logo, content) is owned by us.
  • Rights to files uploaded by the User and the conversion outputs belong to the User. We do not use them for any purpose other than processing, delivery, and deletion.

7. Disclaimers

  • We work to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uninterrupted operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or infrastructure incidents.
  • We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of conversion output. Always review results for complex layouts, scanned PDFs, and Hangul-compatible documents.
  • We are not liable for loss of files, data corruption, or legal disputes arising from the User's responsibilities.
  • Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the incident.

8. Changes and Disputes

  • These Terms may be updated to reflect legal or policy changes; material updates will be notified in advance.
  • Continuing to use the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • Disputes are resolved by mutual discussion first; otherwise governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
